Core – Configuration
Switch Platform (Optional)
The two tables operate independently without correlation, ensuring their precision remains unaffected and making slag removal more convenient. With dual tapered pin positioning, alignment is precise and immediate. The worktable features a dual-motor drive, enabling smooth and rapid exchanges.
Fume Extraction System (Optional)
The ventilation system is divided into left and right zones, concentrating suction. Large-diameter exhaust ducts on both sides ensure smooth smoke extraction. Positive wind pressure, with top-down suction and a powerful ventilation system, ensures environmental protection and no pollution.
Brand Laser Head (Optional)
Equipped with a branded auto-focus cutting head, it automatically and accurately adjusts the focus based on material thickness, suitable for various focal lengths. This reduces piercing time, improves piercing quality, enables high-speed cutting, and saves time.
Brand Laser Source (Optional)
It adopts an air-cooled compact structure design, using a semiconductor fiber as the laser generation medium. It is environmentally friendly, has a simple mechanical structure, constant optical path, is virtually maintenance-free, and offers stable cutting performance.
Steel Forged Machine Bed
The lathe bed features a ductile cast iron structure, undergoing overall natural stress relief treatment, followed by precision machining in a large processing center. This results in high rigidity, accuracy, and stability.
Beam
The cantilever beam is made of an integral cast aluminum alloy, which ensures extremely high strength while reducing the machine’s weight and the inertia during high-speed operation, thereby guaranteeing higher acceleration.
Motor
Maximum rotational speed increased to 6000 rpm, reducing temperature rise and improving efficiency. Peak torque increased to 350%.
Rack
Taiwanese YYC Ultra High Precision Rack (UHPP) with Grade 5 accuracy is perfectly suited for laser cutting machines. It provides rigid support for hardened helical gears and ground helical gears, allowing for a compact load-driven structure and effectively reducing drive torque.
