What is the biggest challenge you face at Haden?

“The biggest challenge, and what attracts me the most, is that we are always dealing with problems that have ‘no standard answers.’ This requires us to return to first principles and think. Although the process is difficult, the sense of accomplishment in finding the solution is unparalleled.”

“It is a culture of ‘borderless collaboration’. When I encounter a cross-domain problem, I can easily find experts in the field of materials or hardware to discuss it with me. Here, asking for help is an efficient way of working, not a lack of ability.”
